Clean Machine

I always wanted to create a game to challenge myself and explore my capabilities. Therefore, the goal of this project was not just to launch something crafted from Unity tutorials, but to do it well and with quality. Little did I know that this process would take me a year.

Paper Concept

In the earliest stages, I already knew that outlining the concept on paper would be quicker and easier. The core mechanics and scope of work had to be thought out right away - it significantly reduces the time needed for revisions in the future. That's why I documented everything, understanding how to progress from an MVP to the game I envisioned.

First Versions

In the initial versions, I started from afar. At the outset, I wanted to explore how the game would look if it were a simple ball whose goal was to paint a room. This turned out to be intriguing, and I decided to expand on the idea, reversing it: what if you were a vacuum cleaner cleaning dirt from the room?

More Polsihed Versions

In the following versions, I tested more functionality and began to “build up” the game, I added furniture, levels, restrictions, micro ux effects and began testing my concept on my friends - as a result of half a year of this process, I was able to release the "Clean Machine" release. And considering that it didn't succeed in the market, I learned a lot from the process and definitely plan to continue working on other games in the future.
